We've been very balanced I thought. Slated both teams equally <whistle>

Right, only just back. Didn't see the Utd v Arsenal game today so I only followed it with updates on my phone.

It's sounds like we were good in the first half and ****e in the second. So given that, a point gained today it seems.

Also I heard that Maureen had another mini meltdown about a pen that wasn't given, so a point away from home at OT and a maureen melt isn't a bad day out :)

If you can find any mini-meltdown I'd be suprised. I saw his postmatch interview, he was surprisingly balanced today. In fairness, you lot were poor and we didn't take advantage. THAT much was Mourinho's fault. Should've been outta sight but at 1-0 you're always open to a late equaliser and that's what happened.

I haven't seen any post match stuff yet. Just the updates on my phone said that Maureen was running up and down the touchline waving his arms around, acting like pussy after the pen was turned down.

Second half started better. Saw Mata's goal, then had to go out...

Yep, though he didn't run up and down the touchline, no different to any manager tbf, including Wenger if it had been him. Looked a pen in real time. Very soft when you see it again at 5 different angles and in slow motion etc. I wouldn't say I'm bothered we weren't given it tbh.

    Took it well, actually..

The pen. It probably was a pen, Montreal fell into him and took him out. But it wasn't nailed on...

I haven't seen it yet, but clearly it wasn't a pen.

Yeh I'd agree with that <ok> Anywhere outside the box and it's a definite foul. In the box the ref has a bigger decision to make so you can see him erring on side of caution. In real time I thought it was.

It's academic though. It wasn't given so you look at the other 89 minutes during which time we dominated for the most part, but didn't do enough to score more when we should have. I'm far more pi55ed off about that tbh.

What pissed me off about Dean was the inconsistency. Janssen & Kane were getting pulled about all over down the other end, and nothing given.

I'm not arguing about him giving the pen against Janssen, but if you give it at one end, you have to at the other. In the end, only a clear trip got us the penalty...

Seems to be the problem that is undermining Utd's season. Only seen the highlights of Utd v Burneley and Stoke and it was inexcusable to draw both of them considering the amount of chances they had in both.

We created far more clear cut chances IN THE BOX in both those games than we did today. That was the problem, we got ourselves into great positions on the edge of the area, had the gooners on the back foot, and then nobody bothered to make the runs into the box. And when we did, we scored. The games against Burnley and Stoke was just poor finishing or great goalkeeping. The game today was about being far too reserved when we should've gone for the jugular.
