Very, very true. If the police shot some random bloke that they were trying to arrest because they mistook one of their own people accidentally firing their weapon for an attack, then they're in real trouble.

no its not, loads of people lost their homes and everything they had yesterday, its just youths running around looting today
I see, one cop accidently shoots another cop, so to cover up this mistake they pull an innocent black man out of a taxi shoot him dead, plant a gun on him and claim that he shot at them first. Why didn't I think of that sooner.
I'd have thought that it was more likely that the police moved in to arrest an armed man with crime connections, who they then shoot as a reaction to thinking that they're being shot at, when one of the officers accidentally discharges his weapon and hits another.
