If that is the case I cannot justify a £1000 up front to watch championship football, when I can buy tickets on a game by game basis and short of the Cardiff game, there will be more than enough tickets to go round and the season after when we are in L1 under new ownership there will be even more. I still cannot bring myself to spend anymore money at the club when I know/feel that it is just go into the 2 yanks bank accounts and not the club.
That's a good point TLF about buying tickets game by game the only problem is when we get promoted again the plastics will buy up, all the season tickets.
I think I wil take the chance and if the Yanks leave no matter what league we are in then my money will go back into the club.
Well I can see a ton of season tickets available for next season, will get my season ticket back at last..............
Really hoping we catch Everton in an overconfident way, with law of average and a good performance by us putting us over the top for the 3 points ...
You can have mine. I'm in no mood to hand over my hard earned cash to those asset stripping parasites.
PGF they'll be gone soon enough, they are not the type to stay around a sinking ship, once the Toffees's whip us 3-0 on Saturday, the heat will be on for 'Bob the builder' to clear his desk!.............
please log in to view this image We might have a chance with this starting line up, but Bob doesn't have a bloody clue!........
I like that Phil, why not give Fulton a try, but I guarantee the clueless bob will continue with Ki, probably bring Taylor back in and make a few other changes.
Taff I put that on and I just cant watch his huff and puff an American Bullshit. I am just sick of him already. ****ing embarrassment.
Its irrelevant to me what shower of **** owns my club because its my club and has been my club for forty plus years; will be for another forty too if the blurb on the side of the box of pills I've got is to be believed. It hurts like hell right now and, just Iike everyone on here, I'm far from happy with the way things have developed and especially with how they've turned out. I've whimped and winged at things I haven't liked, new owners, the old manager, the new one etc etc but what I miss most is stability. We've had stability and enjoyed it for 12 or so years now and because of it we were able to generate sufficient momentum which enabled us to push our way through the leagues to our current heady place in the prem. I hate the old board right now, but, whatever their motivations were, they did provided us a stable platform upon which we modestly achieved. The stability has gone now along with our momentum. We've lost our shine as a club, our mojo on the pitch and worst of all we seem to have lost our memory and have forgotten how to play football, score goals and win games. I think its safe to say that right now we are in the worst place, mentally speaking, since the Petty era. I appreciate that things are not as bad now as they were then but everything is relative. The reality is that we're on the ropes with no where to hide. The only thing left to do, the only thing we can do, in this situation is fight our way out of the corner. The question is, is there any fight in us? Well, from what I heard recently, there's absolutely none on the terraces that's for sure. "going down, going down, going down" they sang, "yes we are, yes we are, yes we are" WE gutlessly replied. You have to question whether us fans are worthy of a premier league side to support after that. Imo No, we are absolutely not worthy pf a premier league club to support. I was so embarrassed at such a gutless response from the terraces. Twats around me smiled and laughed, "ooh, that'll wake them up" pointing to the posh seats. No it wont, it wont at all. All it did was make any player who heard it question whether Swansea City is the club for him and also question how these great fans have all of a sudden turned into such a gutless bunch of arseholes. They must have realised than that we fans stink far worse than they do. Why should the players give a **** about us if we show them that we obviously don't give a **** about them. It was bad because now is not the time to show weakness, we need to show strength. We should be shouting loud and singing proud for our club and getting behind our team because they are struggling and they need us. This is our time, right now, our Rorkes Drift. We have to remind the players who they are playing for, remind them they play for a premier league football club. We do this by giving loud premier league support, its the least we can do. Its up to us to make Siggys blood boil, to push Mo and Monty to the by line, to make Leroy run, Loriente shoot and Ki tackle. Its up to us to put fire in their bellys instead of sucking the life out of every game we play with deafening silence. If we want passion on the pitch we have to ignite it from the terraces, its got to come from us first. To make the players care we have to make them know we care about them, sing their names because they wear our colours. We have to make them believe that we fans are worth fighting for. So, **** all you gutless plastics, give up your seats and **** off down the road. **** the board for not beleiving, **** the owners for not knowing, **** the manager for being a soccer coach, **** Jenkins you bent bastard **** et al. This is my club and its time to be proud
