Evening all. As the title suggests I have never been to the lane. However I have tickets to Saturdays game against Everton. I was wondering on best pubs to visit to have a few beers before and after the game. COYS
Erm, no he doesn't. It is a genuine question. I know the Bill Nicholson is an obvious choice but I'm sure there are others. And as I said, I have never been to the Lane
You might be better off asking a little later in the week, as it remains to be seen how many of them have escaped damage from yesterday's lunacy. There may be more trouble to come too, unfortunately.
Tickets went on General Sale, Ensil. I think people are a little disillusioned at the lack of signings.
It could just be a general problem with ticket sales in a recession. I know that Arsenal had around 7,000 people failing to renew their season tickets, though they were obviously picked up by those on the waiting list. I believe that West Ham have sold around 7,000 less season tickets for this season too, but that's probably a little more understandable.
I take it you're a neutral then? There's not really anywhere "nice" around the ground to drink but the Bell and Hare is good for soaking up a bit of the pre-match banter and the Olive Branch is usually a bit calmer. To be honest, I usually drink in the Hamilton Hall outside Liverpool st and head up just before the game.
Tickets against a top 4 team in Man City are also on general sale and have been for the last 3 days btw
What does that have to do with it, DL? Your season tickets were sold to members with 0 loyalty points. You haven't contradicted me at all.
You're not contradicting anything that I've said, DL. Are you feeling a little slow tonight? Chelsea sold a number of season tickets to members that had 0 loyalty points. I haven't claimed that everyone with 0 loyalty points bought a Chelsea season ticket.
Wouldn't be a shocker if it didn't go ahead, but it would add to a hectic schedule later in year if it doesn't which we really could do without. Still, better to be safe than sorry.
