After a few days, i'm still pretty disappointed with Friday's game, but we should all remember 1 game does not make a season, there are still 45 games to go and to bring out all the phrases, its a marathon not a sprint and its not how you start its how you finish. Yes we should have done better, but the season is barely started and we will get better UTT
thats football mate any other day we'd have buried 2 or more of those chances and won the game with ease.
I expected a West Ham victory today. There's gonna be a lot of twists and turns this season, 2 of last years promoted teams lost there first games (both playing well too) so no one should be gettign worried just yet. Throwing in the towel after one defeat is no way to go about it (only a minority of course). Ipswich will be tough but we have on paper some winnable games coming up after that. Plenty of chances to pick up points.
my thought exactly it was only first game i know we lost it but its not the end of the world! we will bounce back UTT
Light at the end of the tunnel, more football then hoofball. It will come good and get better. Keep the faith.
