Off Topic Mafia Game 14th November Mafia V vamps

Well since RHC is going for Danilo
Beardsley

 

I know I'm the only one who has challenged it and that might look dodgy but I have been conned before in mafia games. That's the whole point of them. It is definitely a very plausible plan for the jailer to form an alliance with Astro the veteran, but it all just felt TOO easy and convenient when everyone jumped on the idea. Is it not at least possible that it is a mafia cover up?
I'm happy to be shouted down but I am at least logging something to provoke thoughts that avoid us being led into oblivion.
If you all think its a risk worth taking then ultimately it's up to the jailer, but we should be assessing likely mafia powerplays.

Musty and Beardsley need to think of an alternate vote to Danilo as well.

 

So to confirm, we are putting our trust in RHC to kill Danillo even though we don't know what roles either of them have. And is everyone happy with this?
So even if RHC kills a good guy he has the excuse afterwards of everyone backing him, when we don't even know his own allegiance.

Not sure I have a better suggestion yet but not sure what we'll learn unless it is a lucky shot at mafia, vamp or neutral.

 

At least if RHC hits a mafia we have a fairly good idea he isn't one of them

Thing is, no one has countered the claim Astro is vet and given vet was on guard suggests they are active so would have been around to counter the claim.

 

True. But it's a very big IF.
I'm happy to go along with it as no better suggestion but just cautious it might not mean Valley is clean. He's trying to use the prize as proof he is confirmed town and I don't buy that.

There isn't much discussion about who to vote for going on yet. We have a couple of votes on purple dildo, a couple of votes still on Danilo which need to be moved elsewhere and otherwise just single votes on a few people (I'm not counting chaos vote for himself as he is highly likely to appear and change it). Might be worth trying to formulate some kind of strategy, or at the very least get some votes on the board to try and stimulate movement.

Hopefully some stuff has happened by the time I get back!

 

I'm not talking about counter claims. As I said in an eaier post i had completely misread the situ and thought Purple Dildo ACS was vet, so when he backed Astro's claim i was happy with that.
What I am questioing is whether it is possible that a recruitment took place after Mitro was killed? Can they do it immediately? If so it's not that clear cut.
If they couldn't then I think the plan is safe.

The mafioso died because he attacked the Veteran, that's how he died.
They could not have attempted a recruit as they need to lose a mafia before trying that.
They only have one action and it was clearly an attempted kill.

I'm really battling to understand why you're reacting this way. There are no good guy teams so if you're covering for Danilo you can only be mafia.
Other reason is you just had massive, massive brainfreeze?

The mafia couldn't recruit me because they already sent the Mafioso and he got shottied. The vampire would have got shottied too if he tried to bite me.

I would have #lovedit if the Mafia, Vampire, and Arsonist all came knocking day one.
