I know many don't care, but a few do. Below is the team Sky Sports believe will start... will that 11 stand any chance at all against Spain? Southgate could get the job with a win, so I'm not sure about Vardy, he seems poor this season. I'd be going with Sturridge again or Rashford, since Kane has gone back to Spurs. I don't like the CM, but we don't have many more options... but I like the LF and RF players, I think they could hurt Spain.
Lingard? I'm not a fan at the minute but like every player who wears the England shirt I'd love to be proved wrong. Cahill and Stones are the biggest worry for me in that line-up though. And a massive congratulations to our very own mackem wearing the captains armband tonight.
Well done Jordan. You're no Raich Carter or Bobby Kerr, but you're no worse than the rest of that ****e. That Danny Rose looks canny, mind. Cheeky bid in January...?
I think Lingard did ok for England last time out, he's lively on the ball, not scared to run at defenders, that's exactly how you need to play against Spain. That line up is heavily relying on Lallana for creativity, what's happened to Deli Alli?
Quite a few injuries. I wonder if they've all been trying to ride Southgate and he's bucked them off.
People close to Pickford's family claiming his parents have rushed down to London last minute. Kicking about twitter, don't know if there's any truth in it at all.
Can see that midfield being completely different in a year or two. Angel Gomes is the next off our conveyor belt and he's going straight into that side. The world's top clubs are all trying to get him, shame for them.
