In the US it's not, because they have the whole 1st amendment thing.

 

That's no more true than when you first claimed it. They clearly show that there were breaches that on other occasions would have lead to prosecution, but they decided not to on this occasion.

I suggested that the campaign's based on a bogus notion of people in the UK wearing safety pins.
Is that happening? I've not seen it or heard anything about it, if it is.

The Clinton stuff doesn't appear to have any reliable evidence.

Other than a darker skin tone and higher bone density, black people are the same as white people.
Socio economics is the reason. A higher percentage of black americans live below the poverty line in the US, which is why they make up a higher percentage of the prison population.
Also black neighbourhoods have increased police presence, so criminals in those neighbourhoods are more likely to be caught.

Gang culture plays a part. But thats not inherently a black thing, there are some awful white gangs in the US and worldwide.

I know you dismissed this because you don't like Gowdy, but it's still a reasonable summary to use when looking at the law. They chose not to prosecute...yet.

 

Claiming white supremacy in itself, whilst moronic, isn't illegal. You'd only be arrested for inciting racial hatred if you were advocating some form of action or using language of hate towards specific individuals or groups.

Poverty in the States is relatively static in terms of the numbers affected by it.

Black families are about 3x as likely to be living in poverty than white.

There's a clue there.

In my opinion, the focus on race misses the inequality of opportunity that is income/social based, but that does tend to leave more blacks caught in the poverty trap. The solution is greater focus on job creation and education as well as community and national pride. That's best done by tackling poverty among Americans, instead of the current system that results in division.

I'd need to google it, but I recall a claim that the average life expectancy in some American neighbourhoods, was lower than that on death row.

 

Because you didn't pull it apart or prove it wrong. Not being charged is not the same as being cleared no matter how often you repeat it.

If your argument is correct, and you apply it evenly, their would be very few unjustified killings by Police as they were reviewed, and few lead to prosecution, so the Black Lives Matters regime can be scrapped, and the money from Soros et al used to create unity and employment in those areas.

 

It's not just Blacks, the Hispanic community suffers from the same stifling of opportunity.

Which is inherent in the US system, from schooling to the judiciary, the system is skewed against them.

The FBI investigated Clinton repeatedly over these emails and didn't find evidence of any crimes.
You're suggesting that they did, but don't want to do their actual jobs, for no apparent reason.
Comey, in particular, ****ed with her campaign, but is apparently on her side, in your opinion.
How does this make any sense?
