I don't know who you are, nor am I particularly interested, but those of us locals on here give Billy some leeway because we know his personal history and what he has had to deal with in his life.
I don't know who you are, and tbh I don't know who Billy is and nor am I particularly interested. Do you honestly care about what hardships I suffer or any other poster on this forum has suffered? So like you've said, you're not interested in me but felt the need to reply to me based on something you may want to pull me up on. I'm simply doing likewise with Amsterdam and Billy. Regardless of whatever hardship (and that's NOT to say I don't have any sympathy for him) it's a little unfair on the rest of us to take it as red, and use that to excuse him from the kind of remarks he makes about the disabled and other races. I don't particularly agree with swearing or calling him names, I've not done that. All I've done is simply ask to have him at least say he won't express those views again. I don't think that's unreasonable tbh.
just tell him nicley, hes reasonable and will comply, bout time we supported our lads , rather than let ****ers for other boards push our veterans into a corner . to retaliate in the army way and not like a politician with the vocabulary to turn the tables.

You see, this - this right her is the problem. Not me. This guy (and dare I say Billy) don't seem to appreciate this is an internet forum with differing views, not a battlefield, nor the couch for their PTS therapy. All this guy does is vent bile at anyone who happens to offer a differing opinion. I'll happily stop posting to you fella, if it helps, but I will not stop posting on this thread or on this board (unless the mods feel I'm crossing the line, which imo I haven't).
perhaps us clubbing together to help one of our own seek treatment would be better im up for it, god knows we give to so many charitys bout time we helped our own

There is more to Billy's present situation than his soldiering past. Not for me to elaborate on them, but long termers on here are aware of them.
I hate bans. Hate them. Personally, I'm anti establishment, Always been against them, before I was a mod. I've always thought that free speech is vitally important to our way of life. And that includes the right to be abusive and disrespectful. If someone over steps the mark he usually gets slapped down by his contemporaries. I'd like to say that being a mod gives you a different perspective. But it doesn't. I'm still anti establishment. But I'm still going to be slapped down for allowing Billy free speech when his ban ends. Like I said, if Billy over steps the mark, he'll be banned again. as will anyone else.
