I don't suppose you were even born the last time Liverpool FC won the title were you Matth? ... it was back in the days before the Premier League, when the English top flight was very much like Scottish football, where only Rangers or Celic could possibly win the league ... not like the EPL era where only the very best of the best could go on to win such a competitive league ...like your team and mine

.... mind you, if you did decide to do a commemoration thread I think it only fair that you would do one for this season's winners, whoever that might be ... even if it is a comlplete fluke and Liverpool FC maintain their lofty perch... for the first time in a quarter of a century.... I think it would be incumbent on you to put aside any dislike you might have for your strange talking neighbours and do that thread .... and absolutely no mention of it having been flukey if they do OK? ... personally I hope they don't slip up, but there's a long way to go ...

Liverpool FC haven't won the title since before @Matth_2014 was born and Spurs since before @Matth_2014 's father was born ... the conceptual magnitude of winning the title is alien to them ... which came as some consolation to @Spurlock because he likes that sort of stuff ...
