Yep !! Im of the same opinion. Its coming i feel , not sure they'll allow sweeping great stands like Dortmund but it will in some capacity and within 5 years. This should also mean expanding capacity at a fraction of the cost it takes at the minute. Maybe why the Scousers have put on hold further expansion.
The families of the 96 are discussing safe standing, the first signs perhaps of its eventual introduction. In City's case we should have safe standing from the North right around to the middle of the East, at a minimum. The away fans should be moved to the North West corner to enable us to try and develop a wall of sound along with the safe standing.
Lower half of the stands all standing, upper half seating, all the way round. Atmosphere back, admission prices down, attendances up, job done.
