Been with Mrs RCL for 20 years...she's very funny, clever, a great better half and fantastic mum but **** me she is **** at telling the time!!!
At least her lack of ability with time has helped me convince her that I can keep going for hours <laugh>
    Not that I can't last <whistle>

No how's that for an off the point post?

Real men are comfortable with their sexuality. Hence why wearing pink is a sign of self-confidence and manly manlyness

I'm just watching The Agenda with Ken Loach and Diane Abbott
They both came out with the sort of things that the left wing are fond of
Loach said that people thought that 25% of people on benefits were committing benefit fraud
Abbott said that people thought that the majority of people on benefits were scroungers
From that they acted like they were telling us something that we didn't know when they said that wasn't the case
At no time did they try to address the real issues

What part of their statements were wrong then?

A Tory **** like you sneering at the unemployed whilst assisting the self employed to avoid paying tax? I doubt the hypocrisy has even once permeated your fat ugly bonce

I know it's not EU specific, but Peter Schiff touches on a few of the concerns I have about the EU and the economy. It's a long video, but you can watch a few snippets and still get the message. I think the guy shows far more patience and class than I could.

He's promoting the principle of a free market economy to Wall St protesters.

He completely misses the point as to why they're protesting in Wall Street (from the parts I watched)

Capitalism creates wealth and with it jobs and therefore livelihoods, however the stock market creates the need for business to create an ever increasing return for the shareholders, which in reality means a greater return on capital employed, year on year. It's this necessity that unhinges the system and presents big business from allowing their entire workforce to enjoy the fruits of the collective growth. As the PLC culture means that the focus is always on cost, due to the requirements of the City.

A privately owned business can grow organically and reward those who help create the profits to share in them.

So capitalism does work, however once a company becomes a PLC the game changes. The City is the element that creates nothing but a pressure cooker effect.

His argument is that the protest should focus on the Federal Reserve, partly because they prop up failing banks and finance centres with public money, when true capitalism would let them collapse. He's arguing that Wall St is a symptom rather than a cause and that it's Government intervention and control that harms the economy by limiting growth and reducing money in the economy.
