    Lovely performance that by the winner. I know he has been beat again but i loved West Approachs jumping, he takes them with ease - chaser in the making no doubt but think he will give a better account for himself in this years Albert Bartlett - Speaking of, how come he is still able to run in this?

    Belter of a run by ST and at treble of what I backed him too, a lovely brucey bonus. Given he drifted alarmingly I can safely say he wasn't ready to go today also and adding the fact he needs 3 miles +...he's going to be a smashing chaser as I hoped he would be.

    I hope BH recovers fully. Wish him well.

    Hasn't had a great season but he was excellent a couple of years back and I think jockeys get sacked a bit too quickly these days. That said, there are some excellent talents about now.

    What a day, had astracad and oo seven in a double and my selections wildmoor boy at 25/1 win and 33/1 ew happy days . A most agreeable lunch with Mrs Florida tomorrow
