http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37581097 Police have the evidence and FA won't get any of it until they are finished.
Still think it will be difficult to prove intent to do a crime from merely talking about it. I've talked about murders without any intention to commit one. If the Telegraph had more incriminating stuff than we've seen, they would have published it before the police even knew about it. They may find that the police are actually also interested in how the Telegraph have behaved in this.
Do you think the DT could set up a sting operation for Matts Birthday? Bound to have a skeleton or two in the cupboard!
Matt actually admitted to a bit of spot fixing in his autobiography....not for other people, just for a personal bet.
IIRC, the bet was that the ball had to go out of play within a certain short time after kick off. Matt tried a couple of really long range aerial passes over the heads of wide players. But being the natural genius he was his passes went to the players rather than over their heads. He tried but his supreme talent wouldn't let him do it.
Big Sam sat with Sir Fergie at OT last night. He'll be back in football by January on a bigger contract than he's just left behind. Football rewards, all is forgiven. Got to laugh.
Would not surprise me at all. My only hope is, if that happens, they get what they have deserved for quite some time now. Is next Wed a decider for Moyes now?
