He'll probably use the old trick of occasional reining in the more extravagant capitalist excesses, that'll make them all think he's doing something and is really on their side. But nothing will change in actuality.

 

I think we should be a bit more gentle and caring to these poor souls that can't grasp what brexit and the us elections are about, after all we should protect the interests of minority groups and help them catch up. They're victims too.

Of course I understand the difference between illegal and legal immigration. I'm just trying to point out that on any rational thought process the original settlers in the US were illegal immigrants since they didn't have permission from the then occupants to be in the country. Where we've got to know is that the descendants of the original French/English immigrants to the US are passing laws to stop the descendants of the Spanish immigrants to Mexico crossing the border. This is at least ironic and probably downright hypocritical. No doubt someone will call me out on this being a long time ago, but of course all your claims on being able to pass laws in the UK are based on the results of wars many hundreds of years ago.
I have a really radical view on this issue, which doesn't really fit the left wing/right wing label. No human has any absolute rights over the resources of the earth: it is our common home and belongs equally to all of us.

 

Before you can help them they have to accept that Jeremy Corbyn will NEVER be prime minister.
