Donald Trump may have got into the White house, but us Leeds fans have to put up with Cellino as our President.

Pontus Jansson has told Swedish newspaper Expressen he will never return to Italian side Torino and would rather quit football.

Jansson told the paper he has fallen in love with English football and believes he is perfectly suited, an opinion his outstanding form backs up.

The centre-back explained in the interview that he felt let down by management at Torino, who had failed to offer him chances he says they previously promised.

Jansson said when asked what he would say if they asked him to return: "Never in my life! Although I am on loan. I really like Torino, I'm grateful for my time there, but it is not for me.

"They were callous toward me so now I mix up my feelings. They have hurt me once already. Never in my life that I go back there. And I do not even think they know that I feel like this, but I'd rather stop with football than go back to Torino."

Morning all, glad the Crook Clinton failed, not sure how much better (if any) Trump will be, think Trump will be better for UK trade, we shall see.

I guess Trump winning is Brexits fault too ;)

    Jansson comments are positive.

Delighted Trump got in, not because I like the bloke or really understand the politics. But it was great to see all those smug anti-Trump celebrity feckers get their comeuppance..

Morning ristac, all I know is that Clinton's democrats are red. That's reason enough to vote against them.

Morning Shaks, Lady Gaga and Bruce Springstein would have been paid millions to appear next to Clinton. Not sure they care too much.

To my way of thinking, it almost sounded like a protest vote. People being sick n tired of all the spin.

Perhaps Gaga and Springstein were the final neils in her coffin.

    Morning all.

    Picture the scene.

Trumps first day in the White House. He is ushered into a conference room where all the heads of the banks, oil and coal companies sit smoking big cigars. A projector screen is lowered and a video of the JFK assassination is shown from an angle no one has seen before.
When it finishes the Head of the Banks turns to Trump and simply says "Any questions?"

Morning all. Couldnt care less about Trump or the USA. A nation of gobshites. However its an anti establishment vote that got him there, same as brexit and all the other vote anti everything nonsense. Half way through first week of international break and no hassle yet on the site. Have some people changed their meds or what? <yikes>

Liberal media and westminster bubble all crying today. Every TV station got it wrong and the polling companies were a million miles away. Chufed to fook, now watch what happens in Germany and France when they vote next year. EU is dead and normal politics is buried as people have had enough.

One thing that struck me overnight watching the democratic party and pollsters crying was the way they blamed the 'white working man' for acting like an ethnic group. Ethnic group is how millions of white people think they are in their own country these days. The democratic party gambles on immigrants and ethnic minorities to get votes, and the white man fought back. Labour are trying this policy here as immigrants are welcome and anyone who complains is a racist. So we had brexit to show we are sick of it here too. Social engineering doesnt work

Morning Hamase, we're having bets at work as to how long he will be in power until he is assassinated.

    There is this conspiracy theory.

Trumps Vice President is Pence. Pence is very well liked around Washington and America. Have the republicans used Trumps popularity to get into the White House only to see Trump tragically assassinated in 3 months time meaning Pence has to step up.

I hope for all our sakes that the Trump/Brexit fans are still as pleased with the outcomes when things settle down

serious question Doc, if you believe that governments are intrinsically corrupt and we're going to see a new world order. What do you think that will look like. History tells us that the downfall of one corrupt regime is generally followed by the creation of another. What's going to be so different this time. When I look at Trump, I see a bigoted, sexist, narcissist bully... and as leader of the world's most powerful country this concerns me in the way that seeing a trigger happy macho man in the kremlin also concerns me.

Some people think that brexit and trump are turning the clock back, others think they're an opportunity for a new world order. I've no problem with a new world order if I had a clue what it was going to look like, and why it would be better. It'll take more than a few electioneering soundbites from donny boy, and 'we'll be alright on our own' speeches from chancers like gove and johnson to convince me that any of them have or had any kind of clue.

As an aside, the white working man in the states are all from immigrant families themselves, going back a generation or two. Land of the free and all that.

    https://www.lyingcrookedhillary.com/lie/hillary-clinton-has-a-lot-to-hide/

As biased maybe as the US papers? But read the bit about the 13 blackberry phones, the questioning of the phones for email use on secure servers in her basement, the smashing of the phones with a hammer. The $104 million made to the Clintons for supposedly public speeches.

Now I love a good conspiracy theory, but Clinton was so unpopular, they could have dragged any red-neck straw-chewer off the street and won. They didn't need to risk such a divisive figure. Now what are the odds on this and is trump visiting dallas in an open top motor any time soon?

Look I have no idea if or how crooked clinton is. I'm sure she has a few skeletons. Not sure a site called lyingcrookedhillary.com ... a site set-up by donald trump is going to win awards for impartiality. Really, it says more about trump than clinton.

I agree regarding the title of the site but the 13 phones and secure server usage are under investigation. Get to the bottom of that and you can bet the $104m in payments will be too..

I'm not in favour of Trump, I just hate Clinton and feel sorry for Americans having to vote Trump in order to keep Clinton out. How on earth the USA allowed it to become between these two is the farcical matter, not that Trump actually won.

I would have voted Trump solely because it kept Clinton out, I don't think he will do as bad a job as many think and how many decisions will be solely down to him and not his advisors?
