So which of the most of the other posts had people posting non-existent statements people are supposed to have made. That will be over 50 of posts. Anyone else daft enough to copy and post without thinking?

You are a thick, racist, right-wing anarchist. That wise entertainer, followed by many on Twitters, Suggs, said so.

Makes two of us. Might wait outside Brid Spa shouting abuse at him next month.

I understand your point, but you only serve to prove his consistency, shrewdness and determination to succeed; quite important facets of a world leader. How long before the assassination?

    Apart from you?

You posted something which was bollocks. Rather than hold your hands up and admit you posted a made up article come on about most of the other posts on the thread contained similar things which were false. So give us some examples.

To save me googling, can anyone explain how the manifesto promises work in US politics?

I'd guess the Republican Party have their own manifesto, and a fair few got voted in last night, presumably on a party ticket. What sort of mandate do the Presidents manifesto promises have?

    Yes.

I really wonder why I even bother going into a politics thread, you just know you'll read a load of hissy fits and bullshit.

People seem to be forgetting that Kanye West intends to run for President in 2020. He can't win, can he?

Same way as manifesto promises work here I expect. Promises forgotten and things never previously mentioned coming in as reality bites.

I remember a clip from a US comedy show years ago showing a nervous looking, newly elected President, lip trembling, forehead beaded with sweat saying" You know how we have been telling you how bad things are for the last few years? Oh, my God, they really are!".
