This thread can be updated as the season progresses and takes shape. After match day 11, I'm offering: Lloris Coleman Mustafa Alpenwereld Rose Kante Can Hazard De Bruyne Mane Costa
I would have Sanchez and Ozil in there. Also Tom Heaton is in with a shout at GK and Coutinho in ACM. Henderson is also leading the passes chart and is 2nd in the tackling department.
I'll go with; Heaton Bellerin Luiz Koscielny Azpilicueta Hazard Kante De Bruyne Ozil Costa Sanchez Hazard has been the man. Alderweireld, Coleman, Coutinho and Gundogan are close.
OK an update: Lloris Coleman Mustafa Alpenwereld Rose Kante Gundogan Hazard Coutinho De Bruyne Aguero
Coutinho has to be in it. Player of the month October. To be honest (bias aside) it's hard to leave Liverpools front 3 out (at this stage), they've destroyed nearly every defence they've played.
I'm just surprised some deluded toe rag hasn't come on to post the entire Liverpool team. How we'd laugh and we'd laugh You're slipping Sky, fix up!
You wouldn't want our keeper or defence tbf. Although Matip should be in there, definitely! Thanks for pointing that one out Trebs
... can't see where anybody has suggested he should be ...but thanks for reminding everyone of your continuing buttsting .. ... Lloris should be in it ...without him and a very generous penalty grant from the Referees association, the Spuds EPL points haul might be mirroring their UCL total ...
I did say 'hard to' I guess it depends on the formation Fossy. One thing for sure is none of the champions would be in the team, how embarrassing?
... you are right ... which makes a change ... but this time last season they would have, of course... and let's remember they are indeed 'the champions' ... a heavy burden to carry in the EPL era ... just hope you get to try it one day ... as to embarrassing? ... for a club of Liverpool's history, not to mention the sense of entitlement in many of their fans, to have never won the EPL in its' 25 year history whilst the Mancs have been racking titles up time and time again? ... now that's truly embarrassing .. ...eight years ago we were winning the Division 1 title ...reality check for Sky
Jordan Pickford is gonna be a top class gk. Fully expect him to get snapped up by a top team, sooner or latter.
Destined for the top that lad. I'd like to think we could hold onto him, but once the big clubs come knocking. Future England gk for sure.
Tough to pick the best forwards at the moment Aguero still scoring Hazard and Costa doing well, the front 3 at Liverpool all scoring.
