...With the new season who's your money on? Me i've done a little treble Man City to WIN the title - 4/1 Newcastle to go down - 11/2 Suarez to be top goalscorer - 12/1 £10 on - £2600 back. So who's your money on boys and girls?
To be honest, i can't see Suarez being top goalscorer or Newcastle to go down. Brave bet I do double or treble score-casts most weeks during the season. Haven't decided next weeks yet, but will post my bet up once i have.
Skylarker...Let me explain how i came to my conclussions. City, best squad..Broke the myth, by winning the FA Cup Newcastle.. Selling there best player's, no forwards of note, defence slow, goalkeeper average, Joey Barton will be sold on. Suarez.. Little bit of thinking with my heart, but Carroll partnership, ability from midfield to pick his runs, and own individual skill
Yeah i do see where you're coming from and i guess there is no point betting on anything that offers bad odds. I still think Newcastle will have plenty in the tank to stay up, even though they appear to be selling a lot of players. Suarez i believe will get between 15-20 goals with shed loads of assists - top scorer in my opinion is unlikely. However, i hope i am wrong! Agree, about City - they have a good chance this season for sure
newcastle have demba ba upfront, have ben arfa returning and have brought in cabaye, no way will they get relegated mate. i cannot see suarez as top scorer either, imo carroll will get more goals than him but suarez will have way more goals and assists combined
I think I prefer to do my Saturday afternoon bets, would rather see my money go down the drain over the course of a couple of hours than watch it fade away over the season. Although that Carlton Cole bet is worth £20 or so.
I bet that none of my hard earned cash will go towards paying for another big telly at the William Hill on the corner. They have 20 already, and so does every other branch, I can see who keeps winning at the gambling lark.
You never see a poor booky. I don't usually bet myself, but I thought what the hell I'll stick a fiver on when Skybet were giving out free £10 bets. It'll be the only bet I make mind
Heres a treble. Not sure of the odds. Howard Webb to give Man United a dubious refereeing decision at Old Trafford. Vidic to get sent off. Harry Redknapp to call an opposition player ''Triffic''.
1/123456789 i believe are the odds - normally dont back anything on day one of the premier league but norwich at 3/1 to beat wigan looks a good bet
