We could lose Monk this season or in the Summer, simply because nobody gave him a chance of doing anything because of Cellino. However Cellino has given him the players he wanted and left him to it, and Garry has done great, in fact the best since Grayson. English, young, great work ethic and a 60% win ratio in this league is very tempting for some clubs. If he is given a new contract and given cash for January I think he may get us promoted if we carry on in this vein. Grimes is a special talent and on a par with Cook, but hes a kid and it takes time to settle. Let Garry get on with his job and watch Grimes blossom soon.
