The first ball came from their bench not via the fourth official .He needed to ensure it was correct pressure etc
Colin got the Sheff U ball boys to play the game - even two balls thrown on the pitch to slow things down
It looked like he was heading for the stands at first. Didn't he even point to the crowd and some of them pointed to the tunnel?
Gotta admire him for that. Some feller in the East yesterday promptly threw the ball back in the 92nd minute as the Soton larker beckoned him to do. Unbelievable. They're not real fans.
I'm all for women & football but also believe women's football should earn it's right to the exposure it currently gets. In the grand scheme of things it's played by a massive minority & watched by an even bigger minority. The birds playing don't generate the incomes they are earning. I don't think the men's professional game should support a women's game that has a similar interest, supporter wise, to the lower echelons of the men's non-league game. Sky are hell bent on the promotion of women & football, they promote an interest that isn't real. The bird in question was very poor at what she was hired to do. That had nothing to do with her being a woman but all to do with her not being up to the job. I blame Sky for demanding a woman fulfils the role rather than a better candidate. It happens in a lot of places nowadays & it's not only poor practice, it's positive discrimination.
Exactly That was the one I was moaning about (not long after someone in South rushed to give them it back for a goal kick Those types aren't wanted!
more likely one of the Premier League whores we've been infested with - sit down , shut up, I'm watching the world's best players, I wonder whether Southampton will equalise, what an exciting match
What if..... they'd scored from that throw-in, we lose two points.....and we end up relegated by 1 point next May?
