This is the thread for discussing the sale (or lack of) of the club. And the scenario you paint isn't a likely one, it's complete speculation. In reality we have wage commitments that mean if we are relegated the Allams would have to find money just to keep us going, there's little chance of us 'doing a Blackpool' as they're simply not able to hang onto the money.
I am suggesting that this scenario is indeed likely and an option that the Allams are considering and this relates to the value of the club. Therefore I think it's worth a thread on its own, even if you disagree with the content. Ta
It's been up an hour on our busiest thread and has generated a single comment. It's fine where it is.
If we are not sold, the only way to get their money back is to borrow £130 million, or more likely £70 million, from the banks and use that to pay themselves back before putting the club into administration. Hull City's assets are nowhere near enough to repay the Allams. The income from this year's TV money is more or less accounted for. The rest will be nowhere near enough to keep the club going and repay the debt to Allamhouse.
Alexander SW Jarvis @Ajarvis8 A crucial win for Hull City A few more wins needed before the transfer window opens.
I post everything relating to the sale of the club, bollocks or not, people can make their own minds up (it's no different to posting one of Burnsy's).
A Chinese triad has shot Hernandez in the hamstring, Keane in the knee and is threatening to do the same to Mason if the Dai's don't get their deposit back?
I tell you the longer this goes on the more I am feeling that fate is with me, I will win the lottery and buy us.
