Jose has PL winning history,Bottomless Cash, PL winning team & everything else. No one else have all these. No one has any rights to talk about title. Goons will be like Stupid when they get their customary loss next week against Jose. Then Jose will be only 3 pts behind Goons. Fine margins.
Most spectacular failure in the Premier League title? I don't think Klopp or Pep deserve that title. Jose gets to keep it.
You think United can win it? ... I think Chelsea gave them a reality check ... I'd fancy them next season if Mourinho can get his head together...but not this.
Exactly Fosse! Jose will want to get sot of the useless buggers he has in the squad and will probably spend another £150 million in January.
It pains me to say this but its between Liverpool Chavski ££££ Arsenal UTD have no chance this season, they need to spend another £100m on a player or 2 to compete.
... like I said above ... Chelsea and Liverpool also have the advantage of no mid-week European football ...
Halfway through the season - Chelsea now looking favourites which I don't think many predicted at the start, but with some difficult fixtures coming up and half the season yet to play it could all change.. What are people now thinking about the six teams? Are they all still in the title race? Who is most likely for top four? Anyone want to update there thoughts at this stage of the season?
Chelsea to win it still. But Man Utd are on a roll, and i fancy them to carry it on and push it close.
You think it'll end up a Chelsea + Utd top two? Chelsea are most definitely in the driving seat and if they can continue there form for a little longer they may well be too far ahead for the challengers to catch up, but I can't help but feel they are one or two injuries away from a bad patch of results. Of the top teams I think they are the team who would struggle with key players injured more than the others. Utd are really unpredictable. They've built up some good momentum and Mourinho is still a top manager despite seeming close to meltdown a lot of the time. If he holds it together Utd have the players to really do well still this season. I said it when they signed him, I think Ibrahimovic will turn out the signing of the season. Whatever they achieve this season he will be at the heart of it. You can see the respect he has from the other players and the manager and despite his age continues to deliver. Utd actually have a better squad than I think they are given credit for and can probably deal with injuries pretty well, but I think this season is one too soon for them and it'll be a top four fight for them rather than a title fight come the end of the season.
Yes. Zlatan is immense. What a player, he just has that aura about him. Mind out of the 6, i wouldnt discount any of them. Spurs most unlikely but the rest? City, Liverpool and Arsenal can push all the way. There's very little between them all. On their day they are all superb.
Even though we have drawn against 'Pool and Arsenal, and beaten Chelsea and £ity! No wonder you support Sunderland.
Any team in the top six is more than capable of beating any of it's five rivals on a given day. We just proved that by comfortably beating Chelsea. So, it will be down to consistency - which we have struggled with - and luck with injuries. For me, I still fancy Chelsea to win it. The rest is very much up for grabs though. Especially if any major signings are made this month. But, currently, its very much wide open and any of the top six can take the title if they can put a good run together at the right time.
... but it doesn't work like that numpty ... Arsenal did the double over us last season and yet we finished 10 points clear of them.(although they did finish best of the rest, in fairness).
That is what I am saying from Day 1. With the squad depth, buying power & manager. Nobody should look past Manu. We have decent squad, little buying power & promising manager - just like Spuds. Anything more than 4th spot is a huge bonus for us.
