Well I don't know what to make of the first half, we seemed to give them too much respect, but they didn't want to punish us.

Second half once we started to press them a bit we got into the game and 2 good goals woke them up, and credit to Marshall who pulled of 2 or 3 good saves towards the end.

To me, only Snodgrass, Clucas, Dawson, Harry & Davies showed any desire today. Marshall made some decent saves, but the rest seemed disinterested, even clueless. Mbokani tried his best but was obviously hampered by his injury lay-off. Henriksen, Mason & Keane continue to disappoint (deeply). We gave away an early goal, but it seems to me Phelan is not capable of motivating many of the squad. Hate to say it, we need a few more teams above us to collapse to have any chance of survival. Grim prognosis.

First half was the usual problem we pas pass pass in our own half but it's like there's an invisible wall around the halfway line only our players can see. Soon as they get to it they run out of ideas and go backwards.
The second half was slightly better and the win masks the issues imo, we desperately lack creativity and a bit of guile. We need a player in the middle of the park to drive us forward and give us a bit of direction

I bet she could get more predictions right than Airlie Tiger did yesterday.<laugh>

What punditry did she get wrong ? She said we were defending well and looked like hanging on for the points, which we were and we did.

Clucas can drive forward and he along with Snodgrass did the assists today, but he's mainly stuck into defensive duties at present.

I think the main hope is still getting sold and bringing people in during January who can help turn things around.

My terrible predictions won me £80 today, found £20 in my back pocket on the way to the game so stuck it on us to win. If you want some tips let me know <laugh>

Just listened to MP on RH and he said Dawson gave away the penalty, I thought it was Davies, or am I wrong?

God..I hope we haven't used up our full allocation of the 'get out of jail for free' card...
First half we were dire, then when we realised we weren't playing Barcelona we started to believe...

Still 'cracks, papering, the, over'...comes to mind...

It was her all round ignorance of us, them & the game she was watching. I had a decent stream on the lap top, this bunch of reprobates on my phone & Sky news on the box running a couple of minutes behind the stream. She rarely gave an accurate description of what had happened & her predictions were ****e. Baring in mind her role was to give a balanced description of the game, to suggest we'd only ventured out of our half twice & scored twice was a little wide of the mark. She did use the pre-rehearsed Sky punditry words & phrases that they all like to use but apart from that & her tits, she was ****.

Its a clique not a club...

I remember him pulling the ball down first half, on the edge of their box and did a little turn. But thats about it. Seemed to run about a lot but to what effect...

As I said, for some reason couldn't get a decent stream for some reason, probably a conspiracy, and was relyingnthat what she said was more or less accurate..

One prediction out of five isn't too impressive. Don't think you will be causing William Hill any sleepless nights just yet. Glad the one you got right was ours and that it made you some money.

Henriksen hasn't really done anything wrong yet, he's tidy and works hard, but I was expecting more in the attacking department. I don't know if his current position simply restricts him from getting too involved further forward, same with Mason.

Henrikson and Mason would probably do better in an attacking team but for me they make us a bit lightweight in the midfield. When in a relegation battle a good solid bruiser is needed.

Was Maloney injured today by the way? I didn't see him on the bench.
