Not really. He didn't touch the ball, didn't impede Wimmer or Lloris and thus wasn't interfering with play.

 

Wimmer must have been aware of him being there. And he was right in Lloris's line of sight.

 

The rules favour the attacking players. If you analyse the goal and look at the rules, the goal rightly stands.

 

Doesn't matter about whether Wimmer was aware of him. And he wasn't blocking the sight of Lloris, therefore he wasn't interfering with play.
