What will keeping grayson achieve? It is no good saying o well keep grayson in charge, when it is clear to any man and his dog grayson will never get leeds up to the premiership. Things mite get better over time (then again they mite not) but what good is that when our aim is the premiership? Something grayson will never do at leeds. The team was there last season with lots of opinions to use but he messed up at x-mas with only 8 wins in 22 games. (It is now 23 games by the way) This season we have limited opinions to use and you have got to fear for us with grayson. Why not get rid now when the transfer window is still open? Save the season or at least get a manager in that can build for next season.
Getting a new manager and tying his hands behind his back and putting him under loads of pressure isn't going to do any good. The feel-good factor of a new manager might have an uplifting effect for a while but it won't last forever. Bates sucks the life out of this club. And the money.
How can you blame bates for poor team selection and poor tactics? Time and time again at away games he is poor with tactics, This would not happen with a better manager with more experience. 451? It is poor. Every away game we go to we set up like we are a tin pot club going to a bigger team. Was it bates falt we messed up last season or the managers??? Yes it will last forever if it is a good manager that signs better players. Sg signings are poor. He all ways says he is backed all ways has. He said he was happy with the team, Yet we only have 26 players? Most are with some that are not even proven at this level and others where not good enough to get into other teams.
Well it kinda is Bates fault as he says yes or no to players being signed and contracts dished out... Grayson can only pick from what he has and thats pants at the moment

So why o why did he come out and say with only a day to go he is happy with it? Why would you do that? It has never been a problem getting players in with past managers why is it now with grayson? It looks like players do not want to come and play for grayson.
Just think it's funny that only one person ever set out to slag Grayson in every post and has suddenly disappeared to be replaced by someone who's only posts have come in this thread, just saying.

well he's hardly going to come out and say "I've got **** all money and Colonel Sanders won't let me have the signings I want, so I'm having to settle for whoever will accept piss poor wages". He'll not want to lose his job, and a man like Bates would sack him if he came out and admitted something like that. If what I've heard is true and our top earners are on £11000 a week and we only have a few of them, no wonder noone wants to play for us. I'm not saying we should give every player whatever they demand, but I get the feeling Bates closes the doors as soon as a player demands anything, instead of trying to negotiate. He is definitely a "well if you're that arrogant you think you're worth that, **** off" kind of guy, instead of trying to find some middle ground that everyone is happy with. I just think our wage structure (especially considering we don't spend anything on transfer fees) is incredibly stingy.

What is more important the football club or grayson job? If he wants the best for the club then why not just say it why o why keep saying i am backed because that is what he has said.
