We've not been dire but the lack of quality is showing. Henrickson offers nowt really. Mason without the quality he was surrounded with at Spurs looks bereft of ideas. Elmo is now simply keeping the position warm for somebody else. The rest are triers but the lack of cutting edge quality is plain to see.
I didn't realise this was a Johnstones Paint Trophy game....did anybody bother to turn up? On and off the pitch. Team look a lot better after the forced substitutions. Empty seats galore inside the KCOM though
Stonewall penalty for Soufampton and Charlie Austin steps up to score for Soufampton. Thanks, Danny. Sum total of the first half review of our game.
Henriksen I agree is a waste of space, I haven't given up on Mason just yet, another couple of games maybe. I know they're professionals and they get paid loads but how dispiriting must it be seeing your 2 first choice strikers going off on top of all the other ****e that's going on?
We're not good enough but the club and team have been hung out to dry from the owners' sheer incompetence. Failure to prepare properly for the season will shackle this club unless there is a change of ownership.
Ipsos Mori, not a good time for your computer to randomly generate my number. She was doing a poll on the viewing habits of our household in regards to Beeb, ITV, 4 & 5. She didn't want to help me with my poll regarding the dildo using habits of patronising Scottish slags, so I didn't help her with hers.
It's not just that. The antagonising of fans, the gloom around the club. There's no excitement or positivity. The vocal fans are all staying away, as are many more. The club is a car crash, the players know that. It has to affect them some way.
City: 1 shot On target; 0 Corners; 0 Possession; 38% Possession in opposition half; probably 5%) Pressing opposition; 0 Tactics in attack; Panic and prayer Tactics in possession; Pass back to goalie for another hopeful hoof. Tactics generally; Try not to concede another one Tactics if we do; Try not to concede another one etc. etc.
Oh come on. They're in the Europa League. This is a free hit for us. Our season starts next game against Sunderland. Not even Phelan can make us lose to them.
Forget about Hull Tigers - I propose the club name should be changed to the much more appropriate Hull City Nil
The highlight of the match so far was The Last Post and watching this, it seems entirely appropriate!
