Sounds like Spurs might try a slightly different system to recently from Pochs pre match comments. But the BT team in the studio not sure lol
In the last couple of seasons I've felt like we aren't as sharp in our midday games and look better when we kick off later in the afternoon but that hasn't been the case this season so hopefully we see the team really go for it today. Given Spurs recent form if we can get an early goal I think they will get really nervous and we can dominate the game. But you just never know in a NLD!
Great backflip from Coquelin. The hissy fit afterwards was a bit unnecessary given how much he likes to put himself about.
Looks like we don't know how to counter act this system Spurs are playing, they are looking too comfortable for my liking.
Been a frustrating half an hour thus far. They've been passing it around more fluidly than we have and we're not pressing the ball at the right times. A few occasions where we've been undone by a long ball over the top or a lofted cross, but Spurs have been very aggressive and tenacious. We need to win more second balls because Spurs are winning them all. Oh Iwobi You should have scored.
Should have been a penalty for the evident shirt tug on Xhaka, but of course that was never going to get given.
