First day back at work today. Had last 3 days off... struggling but only 1 1/2 more days until weekend.
Clocks change here this weekend. . Extra hour of sleep coming. I take it based on all the shows on the BBC world service being off by an hour Britain already changed. Means no awful 5th floor show to tolerate on my way to work tomorrow.
Sent my phone off to have my cracked screen repaired yesterday and the Mrs is back in Wales for the weekend. So had to use her iPhone/iPod docking station thing. Had radio 1 wake me up FFS, I've gone through my life not having heard a Little Mix song. What a **** way to wake up, **** music is **** these days and whoever was the presenter is a ****ing moron and annoying as ****. Good ****ing morning you bunch of pricks.
Nick grimshaw. Stopped listening to radio 1 when Chris Moyles left. Now get to listen to him again in mornings on radio X, although only for some of my journey as it's a London and Manchester frequency, can't get it in brighton.
It's why I use the satellite radio in my car. Sirius's radio stations are way better than any over terrestrial antenna.
If there's a certain trainer looking after my gym then it's radio 1 or some other local chart station he has on so you're forced to listen to it unless you obviously listen to your own music through headphone, but that has to be at an ear damagingly loud level to drown the pop ****e out as it's normally so loud Not sure if that's worse or better than the other trainers, one is into only house music ... not the good stuff, another one (older guy not sure if this dictates anything) has the same ****ing playlist on everytime, the exact same thing everytime he's working which is full of the most bland and annoying average rock and dance, think it might actually have sandstorm and nickelback on it, i dunno i blank it out to avoid PTSD and / or committing suicide
