It's not one linked with us. If a team who finished 6th last season, are playing in Europe, have zero chance of being relegated and own a 32,500 stadium (built with option of being expanded to 50,000) are worth £200m, then there's no way we're worth £130m.
Not to mention the academy worth millions which has churned out decent players. A Southampton fan quoted us as a comparison in the letters page of one of the papers. He thought it was cheap compared to our supposed valuation and wondered if the owners really want to sell. He said a lot of their fans have no great love for the owners but they sre running the club well. So we are halfway to being like Southampton.
I agree. But then, we are called Hull Tigers Hull City Tigers 1 904 (or something). I cannot for the life of me understand why there's people willing to pay £130 mill for our circus, err club when they are effectively buying a Championship club in disarray without it's own ground with decimated support etc etc. And that worry's me (that they might not complete).
