    Wrong, yet again, Tubby.

I actually thought the challenge would fail. Especially after the NI decision. It will now go to The Supreme Court for a final ruling.

It has major implications not just for the Brexit decision, but for any future proposed changes in constitutional law.

As I was asked for examples of the Daily Mail and Express being bigoted, how do today's headlines figure in that?
Who's to blame for blocking our glorious Brexit? The dirty foreigners and the gays!

As it happened you lost fatty. All your bluster about May riding roughshod over everyone and everything in her way all seems a bit silly now. She's a lame duck who will have to beg her divided party to support her. The SNP are really going to **** with her now <laugh>

Whilst I welcome today's announcement, my understanding was that the decision on the referendum and all that went with it, had already been voted on and passed by a 6 to 1 majority in the commons.
    Am I missing something?

It's interesting to see that parallels between Trump and Farage when they don't get their own way, isn't it?
Both instantly went to promoting violence and division, calling for uprisings and anger.
It's almost as if they've been put in there to do a job and to cause maximum fallout if they fail, isn't it?

    In unrelated news, Russia.

I don't know why Farage gives a crap about this, anyway. According to him, he'll be off to work for Trump at the White House.
Yes, the bloke that said that Obama was a disgrace for interfering in British politics is going to work in American politics.
He then talked up Putin for no apparent reason. Again.

Not that I'm aware of. Do you have a link?..

The acceptance of the referendum, maybe, I'm not sure. But the question before the High Court was to do with Perogative. Unless her appeal succeeds, May will have to put her Brexit proposals before parliament for approval before she can trigger article 50. As that triggering signifies a change in the constitutional law.

My point made was for clarification, not whether people accept it or not.
    Everyone has the right to
No sorry don't have a link and am on my phone, so getting links is awkward.
Not that it really matters,as I guess if it was that straightforward it may have been used in court. Just thought I had heard / read that comment.

Not until its finished, when A50 is activated nothing will change, until the very end. Thats when parliament should vote on the deal

Did you mean to reply to someone else? Odd.

Just to go back to your argument about the Democrats being the real racists in American politics, here's an interesting story:
    http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-election-northcarolina-insight-idUSKBN12Y0ZY

A purge of voters and an attempt to prevent people voting against them. Democracy in action.
One judge referred to their actions as insane, suggesting that it was a throwback to Jim Crow laws.

    Wrong Kustard.
I fully accept that A50 will be invoked and negotiations will take place.

What I can't accept is a Prime Minister who thinks legislation passed in parliament can be overturned by royal perogative. It is wrong and creates a precident we should most definitely avoid if we value democracy.

What this means is A50 cannot be triggered until the rights already given in legislation are addressed. In other words May cannot negotiate Brexit and then come to parliament with a hobsons choice.

There are suggestions that in order to avoid the issues of going through parliament and to win the appeal then the government will declare A50 as a reversible decision and will include this in the A50 notice. What that will do is allow May a free hand in negotiation and allow parliament to decide whether to accept it in 2 years without the only option being hard Brexit and a breach of the legislation already enacted.

Nope, I was replying to you and your comment on disturbances by pointing out which side was more responsible for any violence. The mainstream media are massive losers in brexit and the US election, particularly the left wing leaning ones as far as credibility goes.

There's no getting away from the fact that the democrats have their roots in racism, and racist extremism such as the KKK. The republicans were created to free slaves and give them equality.

Current left wing policies on racism have helped increase it.
