Frightening that not actually wearing one is seen as a big deal by thick 'patriots'.

If you wear a poppy, fair play. If you don't wear one, fair play.

Shouldn't be anywhere near a football pitch or strips though, nor sued for political gain. Anyway, the only politics I want in football are Irish.

There most certainly is a correlation between poppy-wearing and low IQ. Kirung being the exception of course.

 

How's that work exactly? People from all walks of life from scientists to astronauts wear a Poppy for a myriad of reasons, it has nothing whatsoever to do with IQ despite your contention, indeed, if anything, there seems to be a suggestion that the people who get most upset about other people's personal choices are the ones whose IQ is below average.
