Our best 11 is probably the worst in the Premier League ...... entering the transfer market 48 hours before deadline closure saw to this.
True. Which is probably why we need a more experienced manager in. Phelan's trying to polish a turd whereas Big Sam would pour glitter on it instead.
I don't agree that he's that bad at all, but even assuming we agreed that he's an awful manager; replacing him with someone proven like Allardyce is not going to happen. That's why Phelan's here.
Yeah I know. I'm suprised Ehaw actually pays Phelan a wage. If Phelan did leave we'd have an Allam Marine generator wearing a wig and fake moustache wurring away in the dugout.
What happened to the men marking Keene and Hernandez? When Watford scored we had two players on Amrabat, Clucas and Mason.
We haven't got the worst side when fully fit. Mason was much better at Watford as the system suited him and Marsall looked more composed. Mbonkani looked decent before injury struck. I don't understand how the defeats against Arsenal & Liverpool knocked the teams confidence as much as it did that lead to the Bournemouth debacle and the **** performance against Stoke.
Every team gets injuries. Not many Premier League teams have to resort to people like Will Keane as soon as they get one striker injured. It's also very unusual to have kids making up the numbers on the bench - not because they've particularly excelled and are deemed ready for first team football, but because we've got literally **** all else.
What a stupid comparison that is. Did he first make United's squad because there was **** all else or was it a conscious decision based on his development?
The squad is light thats simply stating the obvious but most bottom 6 sides would struggle missing 4 first team regulars.
"Rashford wasn't even 10th-choice striker at United at the end of last season. He was only promoted to the Under 21s recently and has scored one goal in nine appearances for them, seven of them as substitute And yet when Anthony Martial became United's 15th injury victim in the warm-up, LVG had little choice to throw in Rashford, who is considered raw and inexperienced even at under-21s level." http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...iker-Euro-hero-brace-against-Midtjylland.html
