Yeah, something very interesting happened.
Pixie, Bambi, Tobes and Skiddy (principally among a few others) were massively found out on their rabid belief that Saints and I are the same poster, and they had their arses handed to them by a Super Mod.
Shamefully, none of them have had the balls or the good grace to admit that they were wrong or to apologise.
I am not sure if you read all the posts, but you cannot ascertain if two accounts are used by the same person by looking at IP address, its simply impossible! I am not sure why Hull is going on as if that's an absolute proof of anything, especially him being a MOD and taking sides!

I think it would be indicative. They would have to be very disciplined to never use the same IP address for both accounts.
Not really, if you are using two devices say phone and laptop/PC that would be two different IP's there....plus IP renewals happen all the time, also if you look at the post earlier explaining that some ISP's don't always give you a public IP's, they use NAT IP's.....
There are numerous reasons why you couldn't really track someone down if you are relying on purely IP address.

Saints and I do, as well as a lot of other people who are sick and tired of the same old **** being peddled around, day after day.
Phone for one account and PC for other.
I might have done that in the past elsewhere.
Makes it easier because always logged in on both.
