The point was it is phobia which had its meaning changed. The same as Des Head wrote, has gay.so has massive. Not that it matters. Do they still have Pomophobia in Oz?
Votes don't count, Chazz. It isn't the people who vote that matter. It is the people who count the votes. (J. Stalin)
You were attempting to correct my use of the term by questioning what in the chant exhibited a fear of gays. You were wrong to do so as the chant exhibited hatred which fits the definition of homophobia.
Yes, for some reason my iPad seem to insert commas and full stops randomly when you press the space bar. As I said, too lazy to look. Having a screen that needs wiping doesn't help notice them either. Anyway better stop, otherwise OLM will be blocking us both. BTW, should that be "That doesn't seem right, either."? Genuine question.
It doesn't fit the original understanding of what was mean by a phobia. Words twisted to suit the agenda of some. Similar to saying being derogatory about a religion (some, anyway) is racist.
Why does the original understanding have anything to do with it when words change with time? You're making a really weird point.
Usually? I've only ever been wrong once and that was when I thought I was wrong about something but I wasn't - I was right.
If you took away the segregation at every football ground there would be fights at every match. that's the problem, there's nothing to stop the fans at all, the concourse is open to everyone. On a side note, the BBC's reporting has been so biased against West Ham it's a joke. when we played 'boro it was 'disgraceful' that 4 of our fans were arrested, however 1 arrest was for cannabis and another for ticket touting, but when Liverpool played Man Utd in UEFA cup according to the BBC there were 'only' 7 arrests for public disorder. how is 2 'disgraceful' yet 7 is 'only'?
