That line up will get hammered v Utd. We cannot put both Mawson and Fed in a back 3 v Utd.

When he stops saying Fer is better than Joe or Palo,Llorente and Baston better than Bony I'll hold me tongue :)

Unfortunately I don't have your sense.

Naughton injured , Taylor struggling , Kingsley not even making the bench .....The 3 CB's will have Britton and Cork in reserve and the other 5 are full attack .
Not sure how they would do against Man U , unlike some , I don't have a crystal ball

My crystal ball told me that Fer and Ki would get ripped apart by Joe and Bony would score.
It also told me that Taylor is crap.

Get Amat back in the team at VDH's expense. Kingsley in for Taylor.
Flat 3 man midfield has worked well in the past on occasion. Fulton, Leon and Cork. Barrow and Montero/Siggy. Baston up front.

That's the team we've wanted to see all season!! Please please please can we give it a shot Bob.

I don't feel confident about any game anymore, I can't even see us beating Sunderland that's how bad we are.

Bob has a new idea he has had the pitch redone at the Liberty. It is a copy of the Pontyfract ground!

Then there is also this design which offers Rangel plenty of cover.

VDH did nothing on Monday to deserve being dropped . On the subject of Naughton I thought he went off because he was feeling unwell not because of injury.. Lots of bugs about this time of year.

Agree on VdHoorn but would play him along-side Amat who is better on the floor, generally quicker, more experienced, a leader and better footballer than Mawson. I wouldn't play Fernandez atm.

I thought it was reported that Naughton had a bug - which begs the question, 'Is there a problem at Fairwood?' as it has been reported players had stomach upsets earlier this season.

The problem with Amat is he's a bit headstrong and I don't agree he's any quicker over the ground than Mawson who is definitely a better header of the ball.. My mate pointed out at the Watford game how quickly Mawson got back from an attacking corner when Watford counter attacked.. Amat at PL level maybe but is not that more experienced at first team level overall either. It won't do Mawson's confidence any good either to be dropped after the unfortunate own goal .

Makes it even more baffling as to why Kingsley was dropped.

He's far too slow on the ball. Quite a few opportunities Monday to build attacks from the back but he takes too long to make a decision and ends up playing the long ball. Amat and Mawson are superior footballers

Do we think one day we may play two strikers?

    VDH - Mawson - Amat
    Leon - Cork
    Barrow - Siggy - Montero
    Baston- Llorente

Well, I could certainly see us scoring goals with this formation.......

....I could also see us conceding A LOT ;)
