What do you consider to be the 'underlying issues' that created the mindset?

Their message was about tighter controls on the borders, which most sides agree needs to be addressed. The message was interpreted by some, in no small part due to the media representation, as being an anti-immigrant stance. Farage has pointed out several times that his controls would likely result in more visibly ethnic minorities.

The media and others conflate border control, immigration and racism.

 

And? Have a go at reporting a crime you've invented without leaving your name on it and see what happens.

The vile **** used that picture of the suffering Syrian refugees on the Slovenian border in order to make some crass political point.

They'll have EU passports shorty and make us unsafe was his message, the xenophobic arsehole.

 

As I'm a reasonable bloke, I'll help them out by pointing at where they're going wrong. They won't listen anyway.

They've made some inaccurate assumptions on my beliefs and motives, so have to see an 'agenda' in my replies to match, rather than face the reality that they're simply wrong. It causes them to keep making the diversionary replies they do hoping to find the tiniest thing to cling to that helps confirm their prejudice rather than actually discuss the issues.

I can tell them, but they'll still do it, watch.

The pattern is that the snide posts what he thinks are funny quips and the sheep follow his lead like the blind simpletons that they are, tourettes and sweaty dog whisperer in particular. That the snide has posted almost 100% bs whilst claiming to be ITK seems to go over their heads despite my proving him to be lying through his arse so many times. I guess just like with their political views, the truth means little as long as they don't have to admit they are wrong.

Archers and Steven let themselves get drawn in by the snide and his fellow duckies at times, but are mostly harmless.

Paulthepug and pieguts pop their heads out from behind the back of the sofa once in a while after they manage to pluck up some courage. Then they just stick their little tongues out before ducking for cover again. Forgettable lightweights tbh.

As for pnp (he with the Napoleon complex) and the perpetual victim that is rcl, well, they are spesshall
