This my take on it as well. I think tolerance towards others, whether it' classed as race related or not has been on the rise for many years. The issue being discussed was a noticeable rise in "race related complaints" since Brexit. This may be coincidental (as Dull provided some data showing a year on year increase) or it maybe that Brexit has compounded a underlying issue. Surely the argument is that it's not acceptable in our society. Trying to somehow score points or take the moral high ground is ridiculous.

I 90% agree with this. ^^^^^^ It'dispute it's 'compounded' the issue, as it it is unlikely to have created the mind set. I'd argue that social justice warriors like some on here push many people away from the real issues.

The focus should be on looking for a solution, not trying to imply it's at the door of brexit.

I was trying to get thick ****s like you to accept the problem so it can be discussed, but you keep diverting things with your inane whining.

Now you've accepted where the focus should be, it could get interesting to see what suggestions can be considered.

You're now on the same page as me, we agree that there's a problem, and we agree it's worth talking about to try to find a solution. You need to drop the tedious adversarial style, it's not helpful to the problem at hand and you're holding things back.
