Still making false accusations I see Chippy...... How many different reasons I left JA for is that you've accused me of now?
Hey'up Josh, No I don't, and whatever it is I said I wouldn't word it like that with that intended meaning... Happy to be proven wrong, if the text shows that wording.
In fairness, you said (I quoted it just before in post 106 for the exact phrasing you used) that "it doesn't look like he intentionally sent it goal wards", which to me is saying the exact same thing as "looked like he tried to miss".
Hey'up Josh, "I'll probably get hounded from the Wood lovers but I don't care. Looks to me like Wood stuck his foot out and hoped for the best, doesn't look like he intentionally sent it goal wards" Where does it say above I said he intentionally meant to miss? The wording above is nothing like what you and Ristac were saying, and it definitley doesn't say what you're both implying. What's happened is, it's been interpreted wrongly, for whatever reason/s......
If its been interpreted wrong then thats fine. However, I now cannot understand what you meant. To me, there is two options when he's 6 yards out with an open goal, you either try to score or try not to score. By he saying it doesn't look like he intentionally tried to score, you're implying the opposite are you not?
Hey'up Josh, What it meant, and as I wrote it was, he stuck his foot out without actually guiding it towards goal. "it doesn't look like he intentionally sent it goal wards" and "looked like he tried to miss" are entirely different meanings......
I just don't get it personally. He is saying anyone who says "Wood looked like he tried to miss" have lost their marbles but saying "Wood didn't intentionally try to score" is fine. Its the same sentence worded differently.
Hey'up Josh, What you're saying is incorrect, I thought we'd come to an understanding on that. I didn't say "he didn't intentionally try to score" you're rearranging the words to suit yourself, or misinterpreting. What I actually wrote was "Looks to me like Wood stuck his foot out and hoped for the best, doesn't look like he intentionally sent it goal wards" it's fairly plain to understand. Respectfully speaking Josh, Spanish inquisition is over.......
You've said this exact thing multiple times now. Those two sentences are the same thing. How is "trying not to score" any different to "not trying to send it goalwards"? I wouldn't normally care but you aren't even trying to explain what you meant, you are almost copying and pasting the same thing in response over and over.
Not sure you would find too many who were there who would disagree. We were pretty average against an average side.
You know why you left....it had everything to do with the fact everyone on there found you out! it took a while for some, I've no idea how, but you got found out. When you talk utter crap constantly and not answer questions when called out, it's time to go.
