Yep. They're that hugely successful club from north east that have won everything there is to win in football. They measure success solely by season tickets sold
Hope wj didn't get me a ticket sitting bbeside that. Don't fancy smelling his armpits for two feckin hours
I'm actually confident we'll go to Norwich and get a result. If we don't it's no big deal. More worried about the international break as we don't seem to benefit from the so called rest. Monk will say it's great to have some time to right some wrongs on the training field, but the reality is Jansson, O'Kane, Dallas (if fit) and Wood will be away for 12 days. Hopefully the momentum won't be lost but we didn't fare too well after the last one. Only plus is the Newcastle game is on the Sunday so our international players have an extra day to recover from any travelling and prepare.
Plus the likely full house for that game will either scare the bejaysus out of them or fire them up for a big result. Don't know the figures but I'd imagine the barcodes likely have more internationals than us that will also be affected hopefully
I've just had a quick look on their board and the barcodes main obsession is Sunderland. Ffs that would be like us being obsessed with the wallies. How ****in sad is that
You are been unfair to hypocrites. He is a trolling **** with no interest in lufc and only posts to get a response. When he stopped getting one on ja he left there and popped up here. Cant believe so many cant see it.
You're probably right, I try to give him the benefit of the doubt, but ignore more than I reply in all honesty.
Will be a full house minus two as me and my boy will be attending a family christening. WTF these people can't check the football diary is beyond me. Oh and it starts at 1-30 not the usual Sunday morning thing so we could have slipped away in time for the match.
LOL. Know how it feels. Years ago, my sister decided to get married down south on the same day as the england v Scotland match. As it was an early wedding, faither & I decided that we'd slip out, hopefully unnoticed, & bugger off to the match. Imagine our despair when they decided to move the match to Hampden that year. Had to make do with slipping off to the bar to watch telly.
Ristac, with respects, try not to use the term "WE" when making your own personal statements, it insinuates you're talking for everyone, and I don't think you are. Wars have been started for less. Everyone, including yourself have their own opinion/s of different players, I'm trying very hard to understand why you, and a certain few, cos it's only a certain few, seem to continually have something against my personal opinions; wouldn't it be more friendly and civilised to just say "respectfully, I disagree" or "my opinion is different" etc, after all, that's what it comes to down to, isn't it? Maybe you have an agenda Ristac, I don't know, nor am I aware of any reason for it, or maybe you're not aware that JA are at each other's throats cos certain dreary's didn't, and wouldn't accept other peoples personal opinions, so they berated them whether they agreed with them or not (quite a few agendas on JA). I'm sure you yourself wouldn't like this forum to turn into another JA, would you?......I know I don't. If I'm so transparent in having my personal opinions, as you mentioned above, wouldn't that mean everyone on here, including yourself are also transparent with their opinions? and in a certain few cases, actions/replies? If you had understood my comments properly, my whole point wasn't about how many points we've accumulated, but about performance. We didn't beat Norwich during game time (Mowatt should've finished it off) but we didn't, we had to come from behind twice; we beat them on penalties, there is a difference. We didn't beat Wolves by scoring more goals than them, we should've, but didn't, it was an own goal scored by them. We beat Burton by scoring more goals than them, even Monk said it wasn't the best performance. We lost to Derby even though we played much better football, we beat Sheff Wed playing better football. Who made the "Wood looked like he tried to miss" comment? whoever makes statements like that don't have all their marbles, I know I certainly wouldn't say anything like that, irrespective of my opinions. Again, respectfully speaking, Have another read of the line you previously wrote, it doesn't make sense "Oh and that own goal we scored, watch it again on Youtube, had the defender not put it in the outstretched leg of Roof would have been on the end of it, that cross was going in the back of the net one way or another". I agree, chances are Roofe would've scored had the defender missed the ball, but he's the defender and got to the ball first, that's his job; on that occasion he put it in his own net, in other occasions it may have gone for a corner. We could also say if Sacko had passed earlier, or the midfield made through passes we could win games convincingly, it can come down to would've, should've, could've and if only's in any game. All said respectfully Ristac, I hold nothing against you whatsoever.......
