When Naughton went off late in the first half and Rangel came on our fate was sealed. I just watched him he was always out of position giving the ball away,chasing shadows head down. Their second goal was his fault and yet he blames everybody else.

We'll TLF, it was a poor selection after all. They're banging on about us being too open. I think that's crap because it was our mistakes yet again that gave Stoke goals and lost us the game..........again. Pluses, not many Despite Mawsons HG, I thought he played well and I like the look of our centre-backs. Ki still improving but his old habits started to creep in to his game again; slowing up while in possession allowing players to sneak up behind him and nick the ball. Routledge scored a goal, Yay! Minuses No link between defence and attack, No penetration from midfield No one in the same post code as Loriente Loriente didn't get a shot at goal Barrow was off his game, not ready to play week in week out yet imo. Ref was ****, we should have had a penalty Fer played like a plank while Joe Allan ran the game; and got two assists to his name, **** you Guidolin. What was the point of having James on the bench without giving him a run. So, we're still where we are, we're still giving goals away and we're still looking fragile. We need to improve defensively and cut out the stupid errors. If that means boring boring defensive football then so be it. Trying to be expansive is not working for us so we need to shut up shop and learn to walk before we can run again. Nothing else to say other than BB has to know now who his best team is and that there is no place for Taylor or Fer in it. They are surplus to requirements imo and I'd concentrate on bringing the next generation through, Kingsley, Fulton, McBurnie and I'd seriously be thinking about bringing back some of our loanees, Grimes is lost at Leeds so bring him home, Josh Sheehan, where has he gone? Terrible performance 1st half and as bad as it gets 2nd half. That team will go down, no 2 ways about it. Sickening to see how bad we've gone. Thought Ki played alright tho. At least he tried. The team played like a team that knows it's going down and the players didn't seem to care. Got to say, VDH was awful. So slow on the ball it's unreal. Clueless. Tried being optimistic about this game (before the game) praying it would kick start our season but it's just shown us up for how bad we are. Gutted.
