It's not like he'd walk up to someone in a pub and when they disagreed with his far right views tell them that they are too stupid to understand, should get some qualifications and try and find a job.

Apparently the hapless May had to beg Carney to stay til after March 2019 as the government were ****ting it that him going before then would add to the inevitable chaos.

In general the hapless May and the clueless Brexiteers are ****ting it! <laugh>

If she doesn't get the moron contingent under control PDQ, then I've no doubt Carney will walk.

He's highly respected globally, and if he does go, it will be taken as a sign that the loonies have taken over the asylum and that he no longer feels that he can do his job effectively.

It will not be good news for May or the people in the ensuing turmoil.

Pete's been called a **** on every forum he's posted on, for nearly 20 years.

You'd have thought it might have dawned on him by now that his pompous attempted put downs lead people to think he's a ****, probably because he's a ****. A fat **** at that.

He'll be writing his memoirs, lining up a few tasty non exec Directorships and then hitting the after dinner and corporate speech circuit

Fancy having cow towing to Farage as your political epitaph

He's too busy cashing in and laughing at the mess he left behind. He's actually the big winner in all of this!

I don't consider him a coward for chucking the hand grenade to what he thought would be Boris but turned out to be the hapless May. Having campaigned to Remain there was no practical way he could lead the Brexit process.

What I do think of him is that he monumentally ****ed up the referendum and the Remain campaign. He'll go down in history as the PM who set the UK on the road to an unnecessary period of economic chaos and, I think, the break up of the United Kingdom.

Went to look at a permitted development site today. The developer exchanged on it in May and lost their funding partner after the referendum as they all assumed a Remain win.

They have to complete soon or they drop their exchange deposit.

A very expensive lesson in not underestimating how many Kustards, Cocks and Saxtons there are in this country!

    Pete:
What part of Bill not being the candidate are you struggling with?

The fact that you consider a Republican candidate that large swathes of his own party have turned their back on, as being the better choice in this election, speaks volumes about you.

    Dull:
Which part of "they come as a team" are you struggling with you rapist apologist?

    I was shocked.

No doubt Cameron ****ed up both the calling of the referendum and the campaign to remain.

But, I reserve some special blame for that useless twat, Corbyn. If he had done what he should have done to get the message out to Labour voters that this was not a party political issue. That this was a matter of deciding the economic future of the entire country for a generation to come, the result might have been different.

But, he didn't. He treated the whole thing as if it was a muted campaign against Cameron and the Tories. Basically, he did **** all, or next to it!..

Hence so many boneheads voted to leave because, 'If Cameron and the Tories are for it, we're against it - (whatever it is)'.
