    Totally agree with your first line Wolves...:emoticon-0148-yes: the point behind my comments was performance. Realistically, based on our performances and goals scored by us, we only won 1 out 4, or 5 if you count the Derby game.

    Performance wise, and goal wise, we really need to pick up the performances from the whistle if we're going to be serious contenders for top 6 and/or promotion. We still have a long way to go and bigger teams to play, some twice, and we will be punished for under par performances as the season goes on.

    Fatigue and burnout need to be factored in as well, amongst other things.......:emoticon-0148-yes:

    We are far from the finished article, but there is no doubt progress has been made this season. We have a decent squad who are improving. When we concede the team are resolute. There is more to come from the team this year.

    Agreed wc were conceding a goal every two games. Keep that up and add woods likely 15 to 20 more goals for remainder of season and we won't be far off

    Yes, there have been setbacks, and there always will be. There are other good teams out there that we play, and there is no way we can dominate them all for 90 mins. Even Barcelona cannot manage this. That's football.

    So what exactly are you saying? What is it you want? Is it realistic?

    With our defence playing great,Wood is scoring as many as the opposition score against us,a few from Antonson or the Duke will push us towards the top 6.

    After a big hard fought 120 mins of a cup tie,lots of teams lose the following game,to battle out a win after Tuesday shows a lot of character that we haven't had for years.

    If it had been exactly the same results and peformances with Antonsson or Antenucci and Adryan still with us and playing and Silvestre in goal he would be looking at it totally differently <ok>
