They're welcome to complain. On this issue the club is right You only want more away fans if you're scrabbling around for cash So **** 'em...in fact giving them the minimum regardless of how little we sell is funny !
We used to sell the ground out in League 2. We talked about the need to expand. I'd have loved to see how much more the club could have grown if only that momentum had been harnessed. Even under Bartlett the crowds stayed high after relegation.
My old man, who was a bright bloke and good with his hands was one of those whose life took a different path due to the war. He always said if you were good with your hands you could always make a living but it was harder if you were going to use your brains as there was always someone just as bright. He was the first kid in his school to win a scholarship before the war, brilliant artist, and the idea from his teachers he would go on to be an architect. His dad told him he could forget that and he was going out to work. You can imagine his feelings when I passed my 11 plus and had the opportunities he was denied and went and got myself expelled.
In your dreams, sunshine. The word I think you're looking for is 'outgitted'. Hands down, two fingers up, you're the undisputed champion in that 'special' category. It might not be a good idea for you to try to push your luck any further. You obviously don't recognize when, once again, you've made a complete plonker of yourself. Is masochism a gift? You are a very gifted plonker.
More pointless comments. You and I both know that what you say is based on good practice, or even best practice. We both also know that the owners do not get involved in such things, when it come to Hull City. Your comments are empty and without value in this scenario. An extra 1500 tickets to Newcastle (or any team with such a dedicated away followibg) would be good for the soul of both clubs and football as a whole. Sometimes it's good to rise above the petty side of things and understand that our lot in life really doesn't need to be shared. Now if someone thinks 1500 extra supporters will win the game for them ...
Doing **** all is an art. It doesn't matter what career you choose, you just have to be good at doing **** all.
I don't much care that much how many tickets are allocated to Newcastle but I really don't think there's anything wrong with the original article. I'd be pissed off, too. The situation is different from Wednesday at Wembley. The Wednesday supporters who were bleating were mainly newcomers who didn't remotely grasp the context of our diminished support. Although this article doesn't explain why our ticket demand is so poor, I have no doubt the vast majority of Newcastle supporters will be broadly aware of what's going on at our club. Anyway, as has been pointed out, away supporters will be all over the KC. There'll probably be one in my seat, which would otherwise be empty, as it has been all season.
No you're veering away anfd you know it. Cup games we were talking about. You've complained on here many times how we dont turn up for them and never have.
