Calling an idiot an idiot has been going on since before the board began. It's happened all throughout the boards short history and never been a problem before. I doubt it's the problem now. The Sunderland board is suffering because Sunderland are suffering. Simple as that.

Monty's post match posts were mainly tongue-in-cheek when we lost he let rip, when we won he would mainly claim he thought we would do it all along. Not going when he has a season ticket, real or not, especially against Arsenal just does not make sense. He opened himself up to a fair bit of potshots and duly got them. Self inflicted.
I quite like Monty. A while ago when this place was busier it felt as though he was just wumming and derailing threads with his insane ramblings. Now he's most of the entertainment around here and his ramblings seem less insane to me... though it could be me that's changed and that scares me.
