I have been saying we need a cb and st the whole season, we need better back up and a eventual player that can take over from Fonte. Our attack is stupidly light. The more I look at it Martina and Cedric aren't good enough as our rb options and I want a upgrade on Davis/Clasie. It's not about just this game at all.
We've fallen apart. Heads have dropped, our movement has been poor this second hand and Chelsea are playing like an Italian team.
I don't think we need another CB till the end of the season. Yoshida has been solid as back up whenever called upon. Let's be real we aren't going to be signing many, if any, players in Jan and when we go on another unbeaten run we'll probably forget all about it. I'm not going to suddenly stop believing in the team because we lost to Chelsea. Edit - I agree we could do with another striker, but there's 0% chance of that happening.
Nope, as I said last week. We can go on a 20 game unbeaten run and I will still be wanting a ST and a better back up at cb at least. So I will still be calling for it. I would settle for Reed getting a chance as our cm option.
People aren't not believing in the team due to one result. It's obvious that we're incredibly toothless up top. I agree about cb for next Summer and don't think we'll buy in Jan either. We shoulf of had an extra forward in the Summer at minimum though.
