Watford at Anfield a week from now......................must be half decent............they're above Man U

We have won four out of six away. I can't remember when last we did that early in the season.

 

That must make them challengers for the title then. With deeney and ighalo up front watford can cause us problems, hopdefully we will make sure they dont see enough of the ball.

 

I feel sorry for Danny Ings not getting a game. I wonder if its getting him down?

Just thought id through my opinion of yesterdays delight out there.

Defensively we look stronger, but individual errors are still costing us. I know longer panic quite as much every time a cross is swung in, or the opposition breaks quickly against us.

Lovrens wild slash into the air, could just be put down to, one of those things, but when ever he does **** up, we always seem to get punished.
Moreno should have stopped the cross for the second, he always sticks a foot out and leans away rather than blocking the cross, its one of my biggest bug bears with him, as ive said before, i dont mind him being caught up the pitch, its the system we play.

Can looked much better today, fitness obviously coming back.

On the penalties- i think all would have been harsh, the 3 shouts for palace and the liverpool claim.

 

We are conceding fewer shots and chances - this indicates we are defending much better as a team, from the front.

However, we are conceding from the majority of these chances, at highest rate in the league - this indicates that the back line are costing us.

Lovren will be replaced as the only reason he's in the team is because Sakho ****ed up, and Milner/Moreno will be replaced.

Another couple of transfer windows and i think Klopp will have it sorted.

I dont mind lovren, but when you watch him next to matip, you realise the gulf in class. Im not sure i could cope with a settled and above standard back 4 now, its been years sinse we have had a decent defense, i wouldn't know what to do.

Karius can improve, except Mignolet is not willing to be number two.
