Yes hes a half decent player playing a position where were well covered though. Khazri isnt doing a bad job now Moyes has got over whatever issue he had with him.l, and he plays out wide.
Like I said that kind of cash should have been spent on a player thats gona come in and make a big impact. We have no creativity or goal threat whatsoever centre of the park.

    Big Dong is poor imo.
Couldn't find a pass v West Ham & at fault for the Sanchez header today.

If we'd brought M'Vila in as well the fee would have been less shocking because the overall lack of quality would have been less obvious and N'Dong would have had someone quality to learn from.
If we'd hung on to Lens the injury problems would be less obvious and we would have been able to move one of Khazri, Lens or Januzaj inside to provide some creativity in the middle which would again make the N'Dong signing look like sense. But none of those things happened and the summer shopping just looks like a job half done.

If we bought Mvilla in like we should have done then Ndong should still be in France unless we could found someone daft enough to take Rodwell on.
Letting Lens go is a complete disaster. I didnt care so much at the time cause I expected a big name replacement.

At worst we'll do a Pompy. At best become a Blackburn. We're being ran into the ground.

You spent nearly 50m on your squad for the championship. We don't come near to that spending in this league. Short would never ever fund us to come back up like Mike has done with you. We go down, we stay down imo.

Mind you, I never thought Ashley would have spent that money either. It looked like he was squeezing them for every penny and had stopped putting in so you never know Short might surprise us yet.

I reckon he's funded because he needs to restore his sport shop's exposure be getting Newcastle back in the Premier League. He's got shops in 19 countries.

Supposedly, Billy Jones was blocking the referee's view when Kone pulled back Sanchez. After all that embelishment and those yellow card appeals - no way that twat was going to get the benefit of the doubt.

The US commentator on Khazri's yellow card, "He dug himself a big hole... - and then he fell into it."
