No, this is not a wind up, just gratitude from us Saints for taking Ronald away. Don't get me wrong, I was disappointed when he left, but now I realise that it was for the best. Last night we won a game with SIX academy products playing, that simply would not have happened under Ron and we are playing a more attractive style of possession football now...Good luck except when you play us of course!
We wanted the manager who'd delivered your best league finish in a generation and we waltzed in and took him, brushing your provincial little club aside in the process. Moshiri wiped his cock on the metaphorical curtains on the way out
Yeah, that's what happened. We haven't dodged a bullet at all, and you've landed a big fish with the Lying Dutchman. This won't turn out to be yet another false dawn for your club, I'm sure. And our continuing progress as a club over the last 7 years was all down to Ronald Koeman, even though he was only there for two of them. I'm sure he'll be just the man to reverse your relentless decline
So surely you can see why we think this is so amusing then? You made fat head the 6th highest paid manager in world football, because he got little ol' Saints to 6th! That is hilarious. He wanted another year with us so he could pick up a dream job, instead he'll get £7M a year with you pretenders.....while he flicks through Spanish Villa brochures and wondering what might have been. Still, at least you're bring through a few youth players now.......
What's amusing is you beauts kidding yourselves on that him ****ing off was somehow a blessing in disguise
So why you sad fookers over here gloating about getting rid of Koeman when each and every one of you were like "fook off get your hands off our manager" when you clocked we were in for him.... Piss off you clueless goons whats up that unknown you've employed has fluked a few wins has he
Let me explain for the hard of thinking...we are better off with Puel for a number of reasons.. 1. Koeman was stalling on a contract extension and made no secret that he harbours ambitions of managing Barcelona, it was likely that he would be going after his contract was up at the end of this season. The club has a five year plan and wanted commitment from Ron to this plan. 2. Koeman stated publicly that our academy players were "not good enough" and a key part of the club's plan is to promote a quota of academy players to play for the first team. Ron wanted the board to show "ambition" in the transfer market instead which would upset the wage structure at the club. 3. Koeman's policy of not rotating the squad would have been severely tested this season with the amount of games due to european commitments and key players might've got burnt out. 4. We are playing a different style of passing, possession football which is more attractive and the squad are all pulling in the same direction now. Ronald might be the right boss for you, but you must be wary that he is highly ambitious and if certain clubs come in for him, he will go.
Sure that getting your manager poached by a bigger and better club is something you have become used to? If Koeman is taken away by the big boys it will be on the back of doing well at Goodison. We are not head in the sand fans, we know how football works. Managers and players want to move up, as seen with Poch and Koeman
You are bigger than us, but better is up for debate....We are the one of the best run clubs in the country and are well equipped for any eventuality..That's what the rest of the country don't understand, Ronald did not make us, to a certain extent we made him, it's the club that recruit well and have the infratructure to succeed.
Now it's my turn to explain for those hard of thinking.... Can't you bleat on your own board about it? OK I understand you now have the best manager on the planet and you couldn't wait to get rid of Koeman even though there was plenty of nasty doing the rounds at the time when Tobes mentioned we would be in for him... We don't care what you think really as we don't care what happens to Southampton? This is the same bitter rubbish that was posted in the aftermath of Koeman dumping you basically... It's getting a bit boring now as you stated you now have that unknown guy you know the best in the universe can't you just be happy with that and bugger off and leave us alone lol?
Southampton do have a system that works well. But leaves you as a fishing ground for clubs with more financial clout, it has happened at o Everton so don't feel special.
Yeah, but you're just throwing money at it now, we will just carry on buying low and selling high...it works, so why change it?
