Anybody, money talks, everyone wants to play here. As long if we give assurance in writing that they will be granted a transfer if we go down we'll intrest anybody who wants a bash in the league. No doubt in my mind. They'll look at the likes of Wij who was part of a relegation side but still progressed with his Prem career. Give players who want to play here the chance, wage and assurances they'll grab it it both hands. It's why clubs, who lack strength and fashion can and do now attract quality. That's the Premier League now.

Quite possibly and we deserve to. Not as fans, as the consequence of bad decisions made by the club.

Don't think we should sack Moyes. If we get less than 4 points from our next 2 games I may change my mind though. Early as it is I believe the Bournemouth and Hull games are already our last chance saloon.

We were killed today by the first 2 goals. Both of which were so simple it's not even funny. 1st goal all Kone had to do was step forward and head the ball. 2nd goal we dropped too deep into our box and allowed Giroud a free volley 10 yards out. That to me is basic defending errors and things that happen in a second. For me you can't blame the manger for that it is poor awareness and decision making from individual players nothing to do with tactics.

Well he was a bad manager at Man U. He screwed the pooch in Spain and has failed miserably so far with us.

I think that's more than 1 club Nostalgic.

I'm absolutely gutted by our current situation and that nay be clouding my judgement on Moyes.

But for me, this is worse than our awful season when McCarthy took us down. He brought us straight back up and I always felt he knew what he was doing even during the dark days.

But this current mess just reminds me of McMenemy's days. It's just so depressing.

As I have pointed out in previous threads,we continue to make defensive blunders,in situations that should be straight forward basic defending!
I would say again what are the defensive coaches doing in training, very little I guess cos they continue to make these same mistakes.
No doubt Moyes will come out and say we lost to a very good Arsenal team, but they didnt have to work very hard for their goals (at least three of the goals could easily have been avoided

It seems to me that the managers and coaches of a league 2 side against a prem side in the cup, or coaches of small nations in the world cup, can drum defensive tactics, responsibilities and basics into their players to make them difficult to get past., As you say Horsham, what are our people doing with our guys who negotiate their premiership salaries on the basis of how good and professional they say they are?

Step 2, because is Ndong worth £13m ? we could have had Snodgrass for less, and a lot of other players out there, maybe we could have signed Wiltshere permanetly . Sam would have done better in the transfer market but we still would have been crap, we are cursed we must be

I just don't see a plan. I don't see a style of play or anything.

We don't press high & this leaves us inviting pressure on constantly - good teams like Arsenal will punish us and did.

Getting the ball and humping it aimlessly in Defoe's direction is not a plan at all, it's pathetic.

I don't think that its a lack of understanding the technical aspects of the game though, it seems more like they're just not interested in doing their jobs properly. There appears to be very little fire in their bellies; they're just going through the motions. I don't think Moyes can motivate them. Those smaller clubs or smaller nations that play bigger sides have usually earnt the right to do so by beating their peers. As such they are galvanised as teams and support each other morally and technically and so concentrate on doing their jobs. Our lot aren't unified like that, they're a bunch of miserable, unmotivated individuals who've been told by the man whose job it is to motivate them that aren't good enough for this league.

I've heard quite a few players say that Allardyce had them feeling like world beaters, it was probably bullshit but the players bought it and lo and behold they become confident and start winning games. That's a huge part of how Leicester won the league and what kept us up last season. Not that Allardyce is the only one with that knack but he might be the only realistically available one.

We are a crap team who, on paper, are always gonna be bottom 6. We just have the added bonus of our players constantly being spineless, hence why we always find ourselves in this position! The Premier League is full of crap teams, however their players have balls and seem to care. I don't mind getting beat, I just find the fact that we always seem to just roll over very disheartening. Every match day morning knowing we are gonna lose? Aaaah borrrrrrrrriiiinnnnggggggg! I honestly wouldn't mind if the club folded, then I wouldn't have those bunch of tarts niggling away at my head using up brain space which should be focused on more important things.......like life!

You spelt the M word wrong there.
I don't think we are that bad - yet but the next 2 games are crucial.
If we are beaten by Hull then Moyes has to go.

Shows you how desperate you are if you want allardyce back. He couldn't get out of Sunderland quick enough only for him to disgrace himself as England manager.

You think he was fleeing from Sunderland, haha good one. The truth is that he felt the England job was too good an opportunity to turn down but don't let the truth get in the way of trying to have a pop at us.

I can't see Moyes resigning because he'll probably never get another job after three failures in a row.
Currently on course to get eight or less points with over a quarter season gone.

If he gets the push, would Sam be able to take over or are there charges or something to be faced. It's just like us to get him back then the fa will charge him, getting the game in disrepute or something like that, and then ban him for a year or two.

Not sure Allardyce would do it again even if he was gonna go back, but you'd be better going down with him than DM for sure.
